Return & Exchange Guide

1. Return Instructions

  • Initiate a Return: Visit our Return Centre, enter your order reference number or email, and select a reason for the return (e.g., wrong size or colour).

  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, then ship using a trackable service with return authorisation details for faster processing.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For UK customers, return shipping costs are not covered. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely.


2. Exchange Instructions

  • Initiate the Exchange: Request an exchange within 30 days via our Return Centre—select the desired size, colour, or preferences (note: additional costs may apply for pricier items).

  • Return the Original Item: Follow the guidelines in Section 5 to return the item you want to exchange.

  • Receive Your New Item: Once we inspect your return, we'll ship a replacement if available or offer alternatives/refund if it's out of stock.


3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Upon arrival, Decrum inspects returns for eligibility (unused, original tags, etc.).

  • Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear within 4–7 working days after receipt.

  • Partial Refunds: Items with worn or missing parts (not due to Decrum’s error) may receive a partial refund, with deductions communicated.


5. Steps to Return & Exchange

  • Enter the Order Reference Number in the designated field (e.g., 12345).

  • Click on the "Start" button to proceed.

  • Click on the Arrow next to the item you want to return or exchange.

  • Select an Option based on your preference:

    • Get Credit Note
    • Return for Exchange
    • Return for Refund

  • Select the Reason for returning or exchanging your item from the dropdown menu.

  • Click on the "Return or exchange this item" button to proceed.
